1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of crestlinetech.net, operated by LAWSON CRESTLINE TECHNOLOGY LLC. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The site and the service
Crestline is a staffing and job-placement company. This site presents role families, listed openings, and a way to apply by email. It also hosts an optional text-message job-alert list.
Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a guarantee of placement, or a promise of a particular rate of pay. An employment relationship, if any, is between you and the employer that hires you.
3. Job listings and applications
Listings may change or close without notice. Pay ranges describe the expected range for the role and do not guarantee an offer. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send us and for confirming that you are authorized to work in the United States and meet any requirement the role or its insurer carries.
Do not send a Social Security number, birth date, identity document, password, or employer identification number through the site forms or the application email.
4. SMS Communications
Program. LAWSON CRESTLINE TECHNOLOGY LLC (“Crestline”) offers an optional recurring automated text-message program for job alerts and hiring updates. The program is mixed: it includes transactional and marketing messages. It may send marketing and promotional messages about remote job alerts, full-time job alerts, part-time job alerts, hybrid job alerts, application status updates, interview scheduling, recruiter follow-ups, hiring event invitations, and seasonal hiring offers.
Opt-in. You opt in only at /updates by entering a U.S. mobile number and checking the optional consent box. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of employment.
Opt-out. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or UNSUB to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call (728) 215-4541.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms for the complete program description, keyword table, and automatic replies.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful job-seeking, hiring, and informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false or fraudulent information, use the forms to send spam, scrape the site at a volume that interferes with service, or use another person’s mobile number without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, illustrations, and code are owned by LAWSON CRESTLINE TECHNOLOGY LLC or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own job search. You may not republish or sell the site’s content without written permission.
7. Third-party links
This site does not currently include third-party links, advertising scripts, or external fonts. If that changes, those third parties will have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a listing will remain open.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LAWSON CRESTLINE TECHNOLOGY LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the text-message program. Our total liability for a claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LAWSON CRESTLINE TECHNOLOGY LLC against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised Terms apply.
