Why we keep a survey.
A job posting can say everything and still tell you nothing. Mode, location, pay, and the actual next step are often scattered across a page or left out entirely. Crestline exists to put those facts back on one sheet.
We are a placement office. We read the role, check that the details are present, and present it as a route someone can follow. Remote, full-time, part-time, and hybrid work all belong on the same map; the label matters because the person choosing the work matters.
The office is in Lexington, Kentucky. The work is national. Our application path is email, our listed roles carry pay ranges, and a recruiter follows up with shortlisted applicants within 48 hours. We do not promise a placement, an income, or a start date.
Text alerts are a separate route from the application. The consent box starts unchecked, submitting the form without it is allowed, and a single STOP ends the messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of employment.
If a role cannot be described plainly, it is not ready to be listed. If a person has not asked for texts, the box stays clear.
The field standard.
The route is stated before the move.
Mode, location, type, and pay range are on every role before you apply. A placement is a decision, not a scavenger hunt.
One person, one record.
A recruiter reads the application and keeps the follow-up attached to it. We do not turn people into rows, keywords, or inventory.
Consent is a separate decision.
Applying and receiving texts are separate choices. The SMS box starts unchecked, the form submits without it, and STOP ends it for good.
